Le truffe del lotto

Incredibile! La sorte si sta finalmente ricordando di noi! Dopo anni e anni di sfiga malefica una bella botta di fortuna doveva essere in arrivo. Statisticamente provato!
Nientemeno che il lotto olandese, o spagnolo (di solito questa volta si tratta di un paese europeo) ci avvisa di una nostra vincita. Sono discreti ed efficienti, non ci disturbano con una telefonata o con una letterina, di quelle cartacee, ci mandano addirittura una mail (potenza della tecnologia)!!

Come nel caso della truffa nigeriana rispondendo alla mail si scopre che i fantastilioni sono lì da prendere ma, sfortunatamente, c'è qualche piccolo intoppo. Niente di serio, per carità, qualche cavillo burocratico o qualche ruota da ungere un po' per velocizzare le pratiche. Insomma, per avere i soldi bisonga anticipare qualcosina; la truffa è tutta qui.

E' importante notare che nella scelta delle potenziali vittime questi ingegnosi truffatori non si affidano a raffinate scelte di marketing e non cercano di identificare il profilo psicologico delle potenziali vittime. Semplicemente sparano a lupara, generando in un solo giogno anche centinaia di migliaia di email dirette a indirizzi "scelti" rigorosamente a caso, cioè raccolti qua e là su internet. Io personalmente ho una decina di indirizzi email, alcuni dei quali particolarmente bersagliato da spammer di varia natura; succede così che in giorni particolarmente "fortunati" arrivo a vincere anche qualche decina di fatastilioni: uno per ogni indirizzo. Che c... fortuna!
Un dettaglio "tecnico" che mi fa sorridere è l'indirizzo email del mittente. Con mezzo secondo di attenzione ci si rende conto di quanto sia improbabile che il lotto, per esempio, spagnolo, mi mandi una mail da un indirizzo cecoslovacco o meglio ancora da un account gratuito aperto su hotmail o su tiscali, giusto per fare due esempi.
